Recipes: Sorghum Butter Spatchcocked Chicken

This recipe was both delicious and easy to make, thankfully enjoyed by our family. As we had a difficult time finding Sorghum Syrup, we researched and found we could substitute with Molasses (which we did) or Maple Syrup. We served with steamed broccoli and a loaf of fresh, french bread. The aroma filled the kitchen and drew us in for dinner.
