Recipes: Lemon Snow Cone

This recipe was found on the allrecipes.com site. With a few adjustments, we used 1 1/2 cups of water and 1 1/2 cups of sugar in lieu of recommended measurements, to accommodate our taste. We put the extra syrup in a mason jar and refrigerated for future use. Anytime is a good time for a snow cone but particularly enjoyable during a heatwave while finding a bit of shade to relax.
