Recipe: Turkey Open Faced Sandwich

Lee is fortunate enough to have Lancaster Market near her home for the farm fresh items used for their lunch. Rhoda sliced the Olive Loaf, choice of mustard spread, placed the greens first then sliced fresh turkey on top of sliced tomato. The open faced sandwich was topped with choice of cheese(my favorite Jarlsberg) and choice of herb(my favorite oregano) sprinkled on top and grilled to liking. I also often add a bit of Lingonberry(Swedish spread) or Cranberry(American relish or jelly). Rhoda and Lee enjoyed a Strawberry Margarita on the side. Skal(Norwegian) or Cheers(American)! Enjoy.
