Recipe: Julekake, Norwegian Christmas Bread
This recipe has been handed down through the generations. It is cardamom, with added raisins, and citron that create it’s unique flavor and aroma. This much beloved flavor has made it a year round delight. For love of a particular family member, it can be made with or without raisins and citron.
