The trench coat has a certain mystique…from stodgy to chic, mainstream to luxury, boxy to fitted and sleek. It’s practical but can be eclectic. For many, it is useful throughout the year depending on your geographical climate (it can be lined with a thermal fabric). Dress up the neck with a silk or other fine fabric scarf, belt it through buckle, or tie belt to give a bit more relaxed confidence. I don’t believe the brand particularly matters nor does the price point. Think about the statement you want to make …maybe classic one day and creative chic the next. Whether dressing for a fine evening out or a trip to the grocery store, own your mystery for the day.
